FY26 Final Dividend Payout

As we close our financial year ended 30 June 2026, we are delighted to announce that FHUT has paid its Final Dividend for FY26 today, 21 July 2026.

✅ Total Return to Unitholders for FY26: 10.27%

✅ Up from 10.13% during the same period last year

For Unitholders that have chosen reinvestment, your dividend payment can now be viewed in your account statement. Those who have opted for payout should see the funds reflected in their nominated bank accounts.
